Qúe es el Feng Shui y cómo me afecta

Feng Shui isn't magic, superstition, or a type of decoration.
Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese practice based on harmonizing spaces to improve the flow of energy on an unconscious level.
Have you ever walked into a restaurant and instinctively chosen where to sit? Perhaps you looked for a table with your back covered, or a table with a panoramic view of the space. Look at this photo and find your spot.
Without knowing it, at that moment you were applying one of the basic principles of Feng Shui: looking for the "power position," the place furthest from the entrance, or with your back covered and a good panoramic view of the space, from where we can see the entire room.
The same thing happens in our homes and in any environment where we spend time. Without realizing it, we seek to arrange furniture or the layout of the space in a way that makes us feel good, and surround ourselves with art we love. But when we do it consciously, the impact is even greater.
A basic tool is the harmonization of the 5 Elements: Fire, Earth, Metal (air), Water, Wood.
Visualize a house where, as soon as you arrive, there's something you dislike and you want to leave for no apparent reason. That "something" is bad Feng Shui. Upon leaving, you may notice a drop in energy; something has drained you. Dampness, for example, indicates that something isn't right emotionally. If it's high up, it could be problems with your family tree, unresolved conflicts, in general.

On the other hand, there are houses that are especially "bright, pleasant, tidy..." Places where time flies, where everything flows, envelops you, welcomes you, revives and nourishes you. That house has good Feng Shui. And that's the gift your house has for you, waiting to be discovered.

Balanced, clear, collected, welcoming
In this weekly space, we'll learn how to apply it in a simple and effective way, based on basic principles, tips, and practical examples.
Feng shui is neither magic nor superstition: it is the way we interact with spaces to improve our lives, following formulas for the harmony of the elements.
