Refund policy

Defective or Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product, we do not accept returns, but we do accept refunds or exchanges for the same product in perfect condition. Follow these steps:

  • Report the problem to us within 30 days of receiving the item by sending an email to: contacto@artandchi.com
  • Provide a detailed description of the damage, including information about the packaging, if you see any damage or damage to it.
  • Include clear photographs of the damaged items and the packaging (both exterior and interior). These images are essential for our internal investigation and reporting processes.

2. Refunds  Once your information is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. If you need the product reshipped instead of a refund, please indicate this in the email.

Returns
Our supplier does not accept returns, as the product was printed at the time of order. We do not have a returns warehouse for these products; they would be recycled.
