Art and Chi offers a wide and varied assortment of products. The products displayed at Art and Chi are Print-on-Demand Digital Art, specializing in Feng Shui, and printed digital art in general.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
As a condition of placing any order, the customer must contact Art and Chi and provide the relevant information required for the purchase of the products available on this website. The order information provided must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the termination of the contract with {ANA LOSADA VÁZQUEZ}.

From the moment of acceptance, the customer becomes a Customer of Art and Chi.
Orders must be placed following these steps:

1. SELECTING PRODUCTS AND ADDING THEM TO THE CART
The user will be able to select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.
2. REVIEWING THE CART AND COMPLETING THE PURCHASE
After selecting the products, the user will review the status of their cart and proceed to complete the purchase. They will enter the minimum information required to place the order.
3. SELECTING THE PAYMENT METHOD
After completing the minimum required fields, the user will click the Pay Order button to select/enter the information regarding the payment method.
4. SELECTING THE PAYMENT AND SHIPPING METHOD
The user will choose one of the available payment or financing methods, as well as the shipping method. Then, they will click the Pay Order button.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once the purchase is made, Art and Chi will send an order confirmation by email with an order ID. If you do not agree with the information provided, you may request a modification or cancellation of the contract. This notification must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation by email to contacto@artandchi.com, provided that the order has not left our warehouses.
6. ORDER VALIDATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
Order validation implies that you have been informed and expressly accepted these general conditions. Proof of these transactions will be based on the data collected by the website, which will archive the electronic document formalizing the contract. You will have the right to access this document.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHOD

The customer agrees to pay for the products purchased from Art and Chi using the payment methods accepted by Art and Chi and for any additional amounts (including taxes and late payment fees, as applicable).
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, including, where applicable, VAT (Value Added Tax) for transactions within Spanish territory. However, pursuant to Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating this tax, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the buyer's country of residence and their status (business/professional or individual). Consequently, in some cases, the final price of the order may differ from that shown on the website.
Upon payment, Art and Chi will redirect you to the Art and Chi payment gateway.
ANA LOSADA VÁZQUEZ accepts the following payment methods:
1. Credit or debit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, MasterCard, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, and iDeal.
You can make your payment immediately through our bank's secure SSL payment gateway. If any refund or order cancellation is necessary, the amount will be refunded to the same payment card. Both personal and banking information will be protected with all the security measures established by Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), with complete confidentiality.

No other payment method is accepted.

Payment is always 100% in advance of the order and will be sent once we confirm the payment.
VALIDITY OF PRICES AND OFFERS
The products offered on the website, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are in the product catalog displayed on the website. Customers are requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors. In any case, orders in process will remain valid for 7 days from the date of their formalization.

WARRANTY
We want to guarantee the quality of our printed products. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will find the best solution for you.

Legal Warranty: In accordance with Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, durable goods have a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery (including goods with digital elements continuously supplied for a period of less than 3 years).

This does not include defects caused by negligence, impact, improper use or handling, improper voltage, improper installation not carried out by an authorized Technical Service provider, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

COMMON SYSTEM OF VALUE ADDED TAX OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
In accordance with Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating this tax, and European Directive 2008/8/EC, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to this tax depending on the buyer's country of residence and their status (business/professional or individual). Consequently, in some cases, the final price of the order may differ from that shown on the website.

The price of products sold by Art and Chi includes Spanish VAT. However, the final price of your order may vary depending on the VAT rate applicable to the order. For orders destined for other European Union countries, Spanish VAT will be deducted, and the VAT rate corresponding to the destination country will be applied. The final price will appear during your order confirmation and will reflect the VAT rate corresponding to the country of destination of the products.

Prices for the Services may change at any time at the sole discretion of Art and Chi. The Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offers.
