  • Order Processing All orders are processed within 5-6 business days depending on the location of the product printing. Our supplier is Gelato. Gelato works with an extensive network of production and logistics partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery. With a presence in over 200 countries and local production in 32 countries, Gelato leverages its network of over 130 printing partners to streamline deliveries, reduce costs and carbon emissions, and support local businesses. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Production: While Gelato strives to produce orders as close to the delivery address as possible, factors such as stock availability, production capacity, and logistics determine the optimal production location. An algorithm takes these factors into account to ensure smooth and fast delivery. Despite occasional international routes, Gelato maintains a high rate of local production, with 95% of orders produced in the same country as their delivery destination.
  • Shipping Rates: All shipments are free
  • Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive shipping confirmation emails, once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

 

Delivery Times:

If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped immediately to the delivery address provided by the customer and delivered within 4-5 days (no deliveries on weekends) from the date the order is processed.

Generally, unless there are holidays, we follow this rule to assign you a delivery date that will be the earliest we can offer:

We work with Gelato, a global print-on-demand platform, which produces and ships our products from the center closest to the customer. Gelato selects the carrier based on location and availability to ensure fast deliveries.

If there are any unforeseen issues with the delivery of the order, we will contact you via your email address, which we requested when registering on the website, to find a solution. Alternatively, we could contact you by phone, if you provided it, or directly attempt a second delivery to the address provided. If the product could not be contacted or delivered on the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or Art and Chi Internet, SL via email and will assume any additional costs that may arise for subsequent deliveries.

Shippers

Depending on the customer's location and product availability, Gelato selects the most appropriate production partner and carrier to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.

The customer can choose the most efficient carrier in their area to ensure their order arrives in the best possible condition.

Conditions to consider
● In the event that one of the delivery times changes, Art and Chi Customer Service will inform you via email of the approximate delivery time for the total shipment of your order. You will also be kept informed of any changes that may arise within this timeframe.

● If an order consists of several different products, and not all of them are available for shipping at the time of placing the order, the customer may request partial shipment of their order and subsequent shipment of the pending products. This partial shipment may only be requested when the total shipment of the order will be delayed beyond the delivery times indicated on the website. This shipment must be finally approved by Art and Chi, which will always have the final decision regarding partial shipments.

● Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes. We reserve the right to withhold shipments of orders with incorrect addresses. In all cases, we will contact you using the information provided for any incident or question that may arise during the processing of your order.
