We do not ship on weekends or public holidays .
- Order Production : While Gelato strives to produce orders as close to the delivery address as possible, factors such as stock availability, production capacity, and logistics determine the optimal production location. An algorithm takes these factors into account to ensure smooth and prompt delivery. Despite occasional international routes, Gelato maintains a high local production rate, with 95% of orders produced in the same country as the delivery destination.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates : Shipping costs are free, we pay them
- Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive shipping confirmation emails once an order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Delivery times:
If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped immediately to the delivery address indicated by the customer and delivered within 4-5 days ( although depending on the production location it may take 10 days in the SEPA zone, including Spain). ) .
Generally, unless there are holidays in between, we follow this rule to assign you a delivery date that will be the earliest we can offer:
We work with Gelato, a global print-on-demand platform, which produces and ships our products from the center closest to the customer. Gelato selects the carrier based on location and availability to ensure fast deliveries.
If there are any unforeseen issues with the delivery of your order, we will contact you via your email address, which we requested when you registered on the website, to find a solution. Alternatively, we could contact you by phone, if you provided it, or directly attempt a second delivery to the address provided. If we are unable to contact or deliver the product on the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or Art and Chi Internet, SL via email and will assume any additional costs that may arise for subsequent deliveries.

Depending on the customer's location and product availability, Gelato selects the most suitable production partner and carrier to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
Assumptions to take into account
● In the event that one of these delivery times changes, Art and Chi Customer Service will notify you , either by email or phone, of the approximate delivery time for the complete shipment of your order. You will also be kept informed of any changes that may arise within this timeframe.
● If an order consists of several different products , and not all of them are available for shipping at the time of placing the order, the customer may request partial shipment of their order and subsequent shipment of the pending products. This partial shipment may only be requested when the total shipment of the order will be delayed beyond the delivery times indicated on the website. This shipment must be finally approved by Art and Chi, which will always have the final decision regarding partial shipments.
● Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes . We reserve the right to withhold orders with incorrect addresses. In any case, we will contact you using the information provided for any issues or questions that may arise during the processing of your order.
