HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
As a condition of placing any order, the customer must contact artandchi.com and provide the relevant information required for the purchase of the products available on this website. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the termination of your contract with Ana Losada Vázquez.

VALIDITY OF PRICES AND OFFERS

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or the Balearic Islands.
Delivery Times
The order will be shipped immediately to the delivery address indicated by the customer and delivered within 3 to 5 business days in Spain. from the time the order is processed. International delivery takes 4 to 10 business days.
Generally, unless there are holidays in between, we follow this rule to assign you a delivery date that will be the earliest we can offer.
If there are any unforeseen issues with the delivery of your order, we will contact you via your email address, which we requested when you registered on the website, to find a solution. Alternatively, we could contact you by phone, if you provided it, or directly attempt a second delivery to the address provided. If we were unable to contact or deliver the product on the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or artandchi.com Internet, SL via email and will assume any additional costs that may arise for subsequent deliveries.
